      HSBC Technology and Services is a pivotal part of the Group, responsible for seamlessly integrating technology platforms and operations with the aim of redefining customer experience and driving down the unit cost of production. Providing solutions that connect people, devices and networks across the globe, the function combines domain expertise, process skills and technology to deliver unparalleled business value, quickly addressing market changes and facilitating the development of profitable customer relationships to keep HSBC ahead of the competition.

      We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

      In this role, you will:

      - To act as branch payment coordinator to collect vendor payment request and staff reimbursement materials, perform initial checking and scan the documents to Account Payable team, file relevant records and documents properly, and suppor internal/external checking on payment.

      - To assist Deputy Manager managing branch general operating issues, ensuring overall effectiveness and efficiency service to meet business requirement.

      - Ensure proper management of branch HSBC Technology & Service issues, such as vehicles, safekeeping record, chop, key, stationary, BuySmart, and other matters as required from managers.

      - To be the voucher control staff for the daily voucher collecting, sample checking and filing, be responsible for the safekeeping and support relevant checking.

      - Review HTS procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance of internal and external rules and regulations in all HSBC Technology & Service operations related aspects.

      - To coordinate within branch and keep branch record, registers, contracts etc. properly managed, completed and updated

      - To assist Deputy Manager monitoring daily performance of outsourcing service of vendor, IT engineers and drivers.

      - To assist Deputy Manager for the renewal the bank licence documents timely and ensure compliance.

      - To relief Security Officer to deal with branch Security affairs.

      - Act as coordinator for branch level staff activities, including CS, team building and annual dinner.

      - To perform other duties assigned by Deputy Manager and branch management.

      To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

      - Over 2-year’s working experience in general administration area

      - Good English writing/reading

      - Good communicatin skill
