　　Officer/Analyst FX Trading GM 職位描述：

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Be proactive in developing trading strategy and make sure all are in line with compliance

　　Coordinate with Risk Management in setting appropriate Market/Credit risk limits.

　　Assist treasury Sales team providing a good customer services to foster more business

　　Ensure follow team’s working plans, and make sure communication within team is clear

　　Ensure backup plan is clear when teammates are on leave.

　　Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and avoid any operational losses

　　Job Requirements:

　　bachelor degree

　　Quick reaction to the market movements

　　Smart, quick to learn

　　Excellent quantitative and analytic skill

　　Good teamwork, communication & negotiation skills

　　Fluent in English

　　Comfortable to work under pressure
