　　一、聘用崗位及待遇

　　I.PositionandRemuneration

　　本年度招聘崗位及具體要求見(jiàn)《深圳大學(xué)2021年第二批引進(jìn)教師崗位計(jì)劃表》（見(jiàn)附件1，以下簡(jiǎn)稱《計(jì)劃表》）。

　　InterestedpartiesareinvitedtorefertotheShenzhenUniversity2021SecondRoundTeachingPositionRecruitmentPlanforcurrentopenings(seeAttachment1,hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Plan”).

　　本年度招聘的教師崗位實(shí)行預(yù)聘-長(zhǎng)聘管理制度，部分崗位實(shí)行全職授課教師管理制度。預(yù)聘-長(zhǎng)聘制教師崗位要求應(yīng)聘者35歲以下，學(xué)校急需引進(jìn)或特別優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)聘者可適當(dāng)放寬年齡要求。預(yù)聘-長(zhǎng)聘制教師相關(guān)待遇如下：

　　Teachersrecruitedthisyearwillbesubjecttothetenuretrack,andsomepositionswillbesubjecttothemanagementsystemoffull-timeacademicfaculty.Tenure-trackfacultyapplicantsshouldbeunder35yearsold.Theagerequirementswillbeappropriatelyrelaxedforurgently-neededtalentsandapplicantswithparticularlyoutstandingqualifications.Remunerationfortenure-trackfacultyisasfollows:

　　二、應(yīng)聘者條件及要求

　　1.符合本公告及《計(jì)劃表》規(guī)定的資格條件。

　　2.應(yīng)聘者所學(xué)專業(yè)須與計(jì)劃表中崗位要求專業(yè)一致；所學(xué)專業(yè)須與職位規(guī)定的學(xué)歷層次相對(duì)應(yīng)。

　　3.年齡及工作經(jīng)歷計(jì)算截止時(shí)間為2021年4月30日。

　　IV.Interview

　　由各單位面試專家組綜合應(yīng)聘者學(xué)歷背景、工作經(jīng)歷、學(xué)術(shù)成果、發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ纫蛩�，提出擬入圍面試名單。面試名單經(jīng)學(xué)校人事工作教授委員會(huì)審核確定后，由各單位組織面試。面試將考察應(yīng)聘者的思想政治、學(xué)術(shù)水平、科研能力、教學(xué)能力等綜合素質(zhì)。具體面試方式、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)等，由各單位另行通知，各單位聯(lián)系人信息可在招聘平臺(tái)上點(diǎn)擊崗位進(jìn)行查看。

　　Theinterviewpanelofeachunitwillcomprehensivelyreviewtheapplicant’sacademicbackground,workexperience,academicachievementsanddevelopmentpotentialtoshortlistcandidatesforinterview.AftertheshortlistedcandidatelistisreviewedandapprovedbytheSZUfacultypersonnelcommittee,eachunitwillorganizetheinterview.Theinterviewwillexaminecandidates’overallqualitiesincludingacademiclevel,researchabilityandteachingability.Eachunitwillnotifythecandidatesoftheirinterviewdate/time/location.Candidatescanviewcontactinformationforeachunitinthee-Recruitmentsystem.

　　五、錄取結(jié)果公布及公示。

　　V.Recruitmentresultsandannouncement

　　面試結(jié)束后，由各單位向?qū)W校提出建議引進(jìn)教師名單，學(xué)校人事工作教授委員會(huì)審議確定擬錄用人選。擬錄用人選經(jīng)學(xué)校審批通過(guò)后將在深圳大學(xué)人才招聘網(wǎng)站公布，公示期7天。

　　EachunitsubmitsalistofqualifiedcandidatestotheUniversityaftertheinterview.Thefacultypersonnelcommitteewilldeliberateanddeterminethecandidatestobehired.AftertheapprovalfromtheUniversity,thesuccessfulcandidateswillbeannouncedontheUniversity’srecruitmentwebsiteforcommentsfor7days.

　　六、聘用

　　VI.Employment

　　擬錄用人員經(jīng)公示，沒(méi)有投訴或經(jīng)查投訴不實(shí)或不影響聘用的，按規(guī)定在公示結(jié)束的一年內(nèi)辦理聘用手續(xù)，逾期未辦理入職手續(xù)者，將視為放棄崗位，不予錄用。
