　　四、資格審查

　　應(yīng)聘者須于2024年9月19日前取得相應(yīng)的學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書(shū);畢業(yè)于國(guó)(境)外高校的，還須取得國(guó)外學(xué)位和教育部留學(xué)服務(wù)中心出具的學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證書(shū)。

　　工作年限計(jì)算時(shí)間截止到2024年9月19日。在報(bào)名系統(tǒng)填寫(xiě)最近一段在職工作經(jīng)歷時(shí)，結(jié)束時(shí)間選擇2024年9月19日。

　　應(yīng)聘者所學(xué)專業(yè)名稱與招聘崗位要求不一致，但所學(xué)方向相同相近的，由我校參考高校學(xué)科、專業(yè)設(shè)置目錄自主認(rèn)定是否符合要求。

　　若崗位必備條件中對(duì)特定語(yǔ)言、職稱、能力、經(jīng)歷、培訓(xùn)等有一定的要求，應(yīng)聘者在報(bào)名時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)如實(shí)、詳細(xì)、明確地填寫(xiě)。

　　全日制學(xué)習(xí)期間所有的工作、實(shí)習(xí)、兼職、項(xiàng)目管理等經(jīng)驗(yàn)均不算作工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

　　資格初審和資格復(fù)審。

　　1)資格初審將在報(bào)名截止后根據(jù)崗位要求統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行線上審核。

　　2)資格復(fù)審時(shí)間將會(huì)通過(guò)郵件另行通知，應(yīng)聘者須在指定時(shí)間接受資格復(fù)審。資格復(fù)審時(shí)，出現(xiàn)以下任一情況均視為應(yīng)聘者自動(dòng)放棄應(yīng)聘資格：a.無(wú)法提供要求的所有材料;b.提供的材料中顯示與報(bào)考資格條件不相符;c.未在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成資格復(fù)審。

　　應(yīng)聘者在報(bào)名時(shí)提交的中英文信息和在資格審查中提交的材料應(yīng)當(dāng)一致、真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、有效。凡提供虛假、不實(shí)信息和材料獲取報(bào)考及聘用資格或有意隱瞞本人真實(shí)情況的，一經(jīng)查實(shí)，立即取消報(bào)考資格或聘用資格。應(yīng)聘者須對(duì)本人所提交的錯(cuò)誤信息造成的后果負(fù)責(zé)。

　　五、考核

　　1.考核由綜合筆試和專業(yè)考核組成，全部采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考核形式，不接受參加線上考核�？偝煽�(jī)滿分為100分，合格分為60分。計(jì)算公式為：總成績(jī)=綜合筆試成績(jī)×40%+專業(yè)考核總成績(jī)×60%，計(jì)算到小數(shù)點(diǎn)后兩位，尾數(shù)四舍五入。

　　1)綜合筆試。

　　綜合筆試滿分100分，主要考察候選人的綜合素質(zhì)、英語(yǔ)能力等，根據(jù)筆試成績(jī)按崗位計(jì)劃數(shù)1：8比例確定入圍專業(yè)考核人員。如遇最后一名同分的，則一并進(jìn)入資格復(fù)審和面試，如不足1:8的，可全部入圍下一輪專業(yè)考核。

　　2)專業(yè)考核。

　　專業(yè)考核主要考察候選人的崗位匹配程度和專業(yè)相關(guān)能力，一般由兩輪面試組成，其中第一輪面試可根據(jù)崗位需求替換為以考察專業(yè)能力為目的的專業(yè)筆試，每輪考核均為百分制。專業(yè)考核總成績(jī)滿分100分，計(jì)算公式為：總成績(jī)=第一輪面試/考核成績(jī)×50%+第二輪面試成績(jī)×50%，計(jì)算到小數(shù)點(diǎn)后兩位，尾數(shù)四舍五入。

　　根據(jù)應(yīng)聘人員的第一輪面試/考核成績(jī)，從高分到低分，按崗位計(jì)劃數(shù)1:3的比例確定進(jìn)入第二輪面試人員。如遇最后一名同分的，則一并進(jìn)入第二輪面試;如不足1:3的，全部入圍第二輪面試。

　　本次招聘不指定任何考核范圍、考試復(fù)習(xí)用書(shū)。本次招聘不設(shè)最低開(kāi)考比例。應(yīng)聘者缺席任一考核環(huán)節(jié)將被視為自動(dòng)放棄應(yīng)聘資格。

　　3.具體考試安排會(huì)以郵件的形式另行通知，請(qǐng)務(wù)必確保報(bào)名時(shí)填寫(xiě)的郵件地址準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤，并查看垃圾郵件。

　　六、體檢

　　1.根據(jù)考試總成績(jī)按選聘崗位1：1的比例由高分到低分確定入圍體檢對(duì)象。若總成績(jī)相同的，以面試成績(jī)高者優(yōu)先(如再相同，需另行加試)。擬入圍體檢人員名單在溫州肯恩大學(xué)官網(wǎng)公布。

　　2.體檢工作參照公務(wù)員體檢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行，由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一組織。體檢對(duì)象須按規(guī)定的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和要求，攜帶本人身份證參加體檢。不按規(guī)定時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和要求參加體檢的，視作自動(dòng)放棄體檢資格。

　　七、其他

　　聘用人員必須在學(xué)校要求的時(shí)間內(nèi)報(bào)到;不能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)報(bào)到的，我校不保留聘用資格。

　　Iftheapplicant'smajornamedoesnotmatchthejobrequirementsbutthestudydirectionissimilar,ouruniversitywilldetermineeligibilitybasedonthereferencetouniversitydisciplinesandprogramsettings.

　　Ifthejobrequirementsspecifycertainlanguageabilities,professionaltitles,skills,experiences,ortrainings,applicantsmustfillintherelevantinformationtruthfully,detailedly,andclearlyduringtheapplicationprocess.

　　PreliminaryandFinalQualificationReviews:

　　ComprehensiveWrittenTest:Fullscoreof100points,focusingoncandidates'comprehensivequalitiesandEnglishabilities.Candidateswillbeselectedfortheprofessionalassessmentbasedona1:8ratiooftheplannedjobpositionstothenumberofcandidatespassingthewrittentest.Incaseofatie,alltiedcandidateswillproceedtothenextround.Iftheratiofallsbelow1:8,allcandidateswilladvancetonextProfessionalAssessment.

　　ProfessionalAssessment:Focusingoncandidates'jobfitandprofessionalcompetencies,typicallyconsistingoftworoundsofinterviews.Thefirstroundmaybereplacedbyaprofessionalwrittentestforcertainpositions.Eachroundisscoredoutof100points.Thetotalscorefortheprofessionalassessmentiscalculatedas:TotalScore=FirstRoundInterview/AssessmentScore×50%+SecondRoundInterviewScore×50%,roundedtotwodecimalplaces.
